At times, life can feel unsettling—through inner tension, relational difficulties, or the alienation that may accompany living abroad. Some experiences resist language; some feelings remain unclear, even to oneself. I aim to create a space where you can slow down, allowing what has been overlooked or difficult to express to be gradually
thought about and understood.
I have always held a deep curiosity about the workings of the human mind. I am drawn to exploring layers of inner experience that lie beyond surface-level conversation, and this pursuit led me toward psychoanalysis. I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Psychotherapy Science at Sigmund Freud Private University and undergoing professional training in psychoanalysis.
My clinical experience includes work in the adult psychiatry department at Universitätsklinikum Tulln and a volunteer experience at Castle Peak Hospital. These experiences across different healthcare systems have led me to understand that, despite differences in language and social structures, human struggles and suffering — such as anxiety, repetitive emotional patterns, and feelings of disconnection — often share universal threads, while also taking on culturally and contextually specific forms of expression that require careful attention rather than simplification.
I work from a psychoanalytic perspective, focusing on how each person’s difficulties are embedded in a unique, evolving inner world. In our sessions, we explore what shapes your emotional experiences and relationships, and what may stand between you and a more connected sense of self.
I am currently practicing as a Psychotherapist in Training under Supervision (i.A.u.S.). Regular supervision is not only a legal requirement in Austria, but also an essential and ongoing process of professional learning. Through supervision, I continuously deepen my understanding of the subtle complexities of the human psyche, ensuring that I can accompany each individual with the greatest degree of rigor, reflection, and depth of understanding.
I invite you to give yourself the opportunity to turn inward with curiosity and patience. When experiences that once felt difficult to name can gradually be explored and understood, new possibilities for movement and emotional vitality may begin to emerge.
