Long Night of Resilience: ONLINE DUE TO COVID-19

ONLINE DUE TO CORONAVIRUS

Description:

The more uncertain times become, the more important it is to strengthen your resilience. Personal strategies that provide stability and structure, as well as self-management skills, are taking center stage.

Building Resilience
Resilience, flexibility, and composure can be developed. The goal of this workshop is to enable you to independently restore and strengthen your physical and emotional well-being despite challenging stressful situations.

Scientific Basis
People are described as resilient when they are well-equipped to draw on their resources in challenging situations. The still-emerging field of resilience research shows that a person’s individual resilience is not only something that can be learned, but also something that can be rebuilt time and again.

How is your resilience? Where and how can you strengthen yourself even further?
