“The process of speaking gives voice to unconscious desires and conflicts.” (Sigmund Freud)
My work is based on the fundamental principles of psychoanalysis as outlined by Sigmund Freud: the unconscious, the significance of dreams, the role of early childhood, and the therapeutic relationship.
As a psychotherapist in training under supervision, I offer psychoanalytic guidance and therapeutic support to people seeking individualized help. In my work, I combine scientifically grounded psychoanalysis with an empathetic and trusting approach. I provide a safe space where you can reflect on your inner conflicts, thoughts, and feelings.
Psychoanalysis is a depth psychology approach that aims to bring unconscious conflicts and repressed content into conscious awareness. By working through these issues, you can release your inner blockages and find your way to a freer and more authentic life.
