Christina Soustal, M.A., B.A., M.A.

Psychotherapist in specialized training under clinical supervision (Systemic Therapy/Systemic Family Therapy), social worker, nutritionist

The goal of my work is to create a safe space where you can feel comfortable and open up.
Individual, group, couples, and family settings

Christina Soustal has many years of experience in psychosocial work with adults, adolescents, children, and families. For many years, she has been guiding people through challenging life situations and helping them develop new perspectives and find sustainable solutions. Through her work in family and parenting counseling, she has gained extensive experience in dealing with a wide variety of stressful and crisis situations.

This long-standing experience motivated her to pursue a career as a psychotherapist. After completing the introductory psychotherapy program, she is now pursuing specialized training in systemic therapy/systemic family therapy and has been a psychotherapist in specialized training under clinical supervision since June 2026. Her professional background is complemented by studies in social work and nutritional science.

Her therapeutic work centers on the individual—with their unique life story, relationships, and social environment. Problems are not viewed in isolation but are understood in the context of the interactions within the respective system. Based on respect, understanding, and trust, Christina Soustal creates a safe space where personal resources are strengthened and new perspectives emerge.

Together with her clients, she develops individualized therapeutic goals that provide structure to the therapeutic process and are regularly reviewed. This makes changes and progress visible and allows them to be consciously acknowledged. Christina Soustal supports her clients with respect, empathy, and as equals—always focusing on their personal concerns, their strengths, and their individual pace.

Christina Soustal works with individuals, groups, couples, and families.
