It is important to Elisabeth to treat her clients with openness, respect, and genuine interest. Her goal is to create a trusting environment in which personal growth is possible and where every person—with their own unique story and life circumstances—is welcome. She views psychotherapy as a shared journey focused on exploring personal issues, gaining a better understanding of oneself, discovering new perspectives, and gradually finding one’s way toward a
more fulfilling life.
She also greatly enjoys working with couples. In couples therapy, it is important to Elisabeth to treat both partners with openness and respect and to create a space where both feel heard and understood. Together, they can gain new perspectives and find ways to make their relationship more mindful and vibrant again.
Her therapeutic approach is based on existential analysis according to Alfried Längle, which takes each person’s uniqueness seriously and helps them shape their own lives in a freer and more meaningful way.
Before embarking on her career in psychotherapy, Elisabeth worked for many years as a licensed nurse. During that time, she gained extensive experience in working with people facing stressful and life-altering situations—experiential knowledge that is now a valuable part of her therapeutic work.
