Individual Sessions for Adults and Teens

Anna Glaser places particular emphasis on creating a safe, supportive environment where people can feel seen, heard, and understood. With empathy and openness, she guides her clients through processes of change, difficult life stages, or personal development issues—always with the conviction that change is possible. She takes a goal- and solution-oriented approach.

For Anna Glaser, therapeutic work means seeing people in their entirety—not in isolation, but embedded in their social relationships and living environments. As part of her systemic approach, she therefore considers not only individual experiences but also the interplay with family, friends, and the workplace. This context-based way of thinking opens up new perspectives and helps people (re)discover and utilize their own resources.

As part of her training as a psychotherapist (systemic family therapy), she has already worked in various psychosocial settings: with children (Kinderhilfswerk Wien), with older and very elderly people (Berndorf Nursing and Care Center), and with adults in a psychiatric setting (Donaustadt Clinic, Acute Psychiatry). These experiences with people in different stages of life shape her open and resource-oriented approach.
