The treatment of trauma-related disorders is individual and process-oriented, which means that the duration of therapy depends on your personal healing process. It is therefore not possible to give a general time frame.
Our specialists and therapists work closely together to select the most appropriate and effective method for you, as well as the right experts. Your symptoms as well as your individual needs are taken into account.
Regular meetings
As a rule, trauma therapy comprises 2-4 sessions per month, each lasting 50 minutes. Alternatively, we offer trauma groups in which we work together to strengthen self-regulation and facilitate exchange with other affected people.
The focus of the therapy is on:
- Calming the autonomic nervous system: Learn to recognize and regulate physical signals early on before they become triggers.
- Awareness and processing of symptoms: Consciously dealing with trauma reactions helps you regain control over your own life.
Under certain conditions, treatment can be supported by state health insurance. Feel free to contact us - we will advise you on your options and accompany you on your path to stabilization and healing.
As a rule, the therapy comprises 2-4 sessions of 50 minutes each per month.
Price: between 160 and 170 € / 50 min.
Alternatively, we offer special PTSD groups, which you can find in our Events section.
