We use a scientifically validated diagnostic tool that systematically records and visualizes your symptoms. Based on this personalized symptom profile, we will discuss the following together:
- What factors are contributing to your current stress?
- what psychological or medical interventions are appropriate
- what type of support (psychotherapy, medical evaluation, coaching, or a combination of these) might be right for you
The goal of the conversation is to provide guidance, clarity, and a realistic next step—not a hasty diagnosis, but a professional basis for decision-making.
The orientation meeting is especially suitable if you:
- are experiencing ongoing distress but are still unsure of what you need
- would like a second, independent opinion
