Big Five Model (OCEAN)
The analysis is based on the recognized Big Five Model (OCEAN) and supplements it with your basic motivations and competencies. It provides answers to key questions such as:
- What drives me?
- What values determine my actions?
- What are my strengths and areas of development?

- Online self-assessment (30 minutes): Personality traits, strengths and motives are analyzed.
- Reflection meeting (60 minutes): Joint discussion of the results as a basis for personal or professional development.
- Results report: Detailed 40-page report on your personality.
