Hypnosystemic coaching

Viennese Couch Room 2 (c) Michael Baumgartner | KiTO

Hypnosystemic work means recognizing that many of our decisions and actions are unconsciously controlled. At the same time, we realize that sustainable change often has to happen in the inner world before it becomes visible on the outside.

The focus is on working with inner images that are specifically aligned with your wishes and goals. Hypnosystemics combines approaches from systemic coaching and systemic therapy with elements of hypnosis and trance. This approach was developed by the German doctor and psychotherapist Gunther Schmidt.

The focus is on a modern concept of hypnosis: you yourself are the one who is able to put yourself into a trance. Unlike classic hypnosis, in which trance inductions and suggestions are made from outside, it is your own inner impulses that take center stage during the conversation with your coach.

In Hypnosystemics, all previous attempts at finding solutions are valued. There is absolute trust in your abilities—you have everything you need within you to improve your situation, find solutions, or achieve your goals. Price per session (50 minutes) = 150 € (including 20% VAT).
