Are you looking for support to help you cope better with your everyday life and create more space for your own needs? In our group therapy for women only, we offer you the opportunity to reflect together with other women in a protected and trusting environment and to discover new ways of dealing with everyday stresses and strains. What can you expect? Reflection on everyday life: What is stressing me out?... Barbara and Ianara have been working together for two years in the field of PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder) and body-oriented group therapy methods. In the group, she combines effective principles from neurophysiological research and known effective techniques for stabilizing our autonomic nervous system. The ventral vagus nerve, responsible for security and relationships, is activated and our fight and flight system (sympathetic nervous system) is calmed.
