Trauma-sensitive mindfulness exercises. An introductory meditation course over three evenings

Dr. Ursula Baatz offers in the Viennese Couch an MBSR course with a focus on people with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD clients).
The practice of mindfulness can help people to achieve greater inner peace and stability and to deal better with stress, thereby also improving their quality of life and communication. Self-regulation processes play a key role in this. Mindfulness is a general human ability that can be deepened through practice.
For people with traumatic experiences, a mindfulness practice can be a valuable resource that can help to better deal with the consequences of trauma and contribute to general stabilization.
Dr. Ursula Baatz, mindfulness teacher (Qualified MBSR Teacher) and Somatic Experience/SE Practitioner offers trauma-sensitive mindfulness exercises and background information on the exercises on three evenings. Personal individual counseling after the course is possible.
