Intensive Week on Trauma Writing with Mag. Ursula Neubauer, MSc
✍️
When Words Heal:
Sometimes we feel old tensions in our bodies—even when there’s no immediate cause. Memories, inner images, or phrases from the past continue to have an effect. But this is precisely where the opportunity for change begins.
Writing can help.
Studies show that so-called expressive writing has measurable effects on emotional experience and even on physical health. Writing activates the areas of the brain responsible for processing and regulating emotions—especially when done over several days.
During this writing week, we’ll draw on these insights to create a safe, inspiring space for mindful, introspective work. Together, we’ll write our way to freedom—from memories that take up too much space—and shape new perspectives.
What to Expect:
- A structured, proven writing method with lasting results
- A group atmosphere with a safe environment and empathetic leadership
- Accompanying physical and visualization exercises to begin and conclude the session
- An Introduction to the Hypnowriting®️ Method, which is particularly gentle and resource-oriented
This week is ideal for people who feel that a particular experience, a memorable statement, or a past event is still having a negative impact—and who want to make a change.
Attendance at all five evenings is required.
If you have been diagnosed with a mental health condition, please consult with your treating psychotherapist.
