JOURNALING WORKSHOP - "Mentally strong with pen and paper"

Journaling has become a mental health trend and Michelle Obama recommends it - which is not surprising, as many studies prove the positive effect of regular writing on our psyche and even on our immune system.

In this workshop with writing therapist and Germanist Ursula Neubauer, MSc, you will learn how you can make the most of this effect for both private and professional purposes.

In the workshop, we will deal with the following questions, for example:

  • Which (also newer) journaling formats are available and which ones suit me?
  • How can I implement a helpful writing routine in my everyday life ?
  • Which type of writing is best suited to which goals?
  • How do I deal with what I have written ?
  • What should I pay attention to when writing about stressful situations?
  • How can I use writing as a self-management tool?

Experienced writers and beginners alike are welcome to the workshop. Writing materials will be available on site, and anyone wishing to bring their own notebooks is welcome to do so.
