This program focuses on gently releasing emotional, energetic, and physical blockages.
What to Expect:
“EmoFlow” offers you a professional framework to guide clients in resolving trauma-related blockages through mindful movement, creative expression, and specialized therapeutic techniques. Together, we foster self-regulation, body awareness, and a safe emotional opening.
Methods:The course combines effective, trauma-informed techniques, including:
- Trauma-Informed Yoga for Regulating the Nervous System
- Expressive Dance for Emotional Processing and Integration
- Constellation Work for New Perspectives and Steps Toward Healing
- Guided conversations and reflections for in-depth exploration of emotions
- Meditation and Breathwork for Calmness and Self-Regulation
- Journaling to Deepen Personal and Client-Centered Insights
Wednesdays: Sept. 17, Oct. 1, Oct. 15, Nov. 12, Nov. 26, Dec. 10, Jan. 7, andJan. 21(8 sessions)

Trial Session on September 17
Price: 85€ per 3-hour session.
Payment: either the total amount—10% up front, after the first “trial session”: (€612)
or 85 € before each session.
Course Instructor:Ianara Alves de Castro – Certified Psychosocial Counselor, Body Coach, and Certified Health and Fitness Trainer.
Her cultural background, which is influenced by indigenous and Brazilian traditions, shapes her holistic approach as well as her scientifically grounded perspective on the connections between body, mind, and spirit.She is the mother of three adult children.
