About the workshop

Based on the results of many years of scientific research on the psychophysiological aspect of human emotions, Dr. Susana Bloch developed the alba emoting®method, which enables every person to clearly express and recognize the basic emotions (joy, sadness, fear, anger, eroticism and tenderness) and to deal with them creatively and playfully.

alba emoting®makes it possible for everyone, regardless of gender or cultural and social heritage, to consciously deal with their basic emotions.

With the background idea that breath is to emotion as the skeleton is to movement, learning the specific breathing, posture and facial expression patterns according to alba emoting® enables you to do the following:

- be utilized

Developing a greater awareness of one's own emotions and those of others promotes empathy and emotional intelligence.

It also introduces a special "step-out" technique that allows you to immediately return to a neutral emotional state.

The method initially proved to be particularly useful for working with actors. It is now used in a variety of ways, including in psychotherapy, coaching and counseling. It is helpful in all life situations to maintain one's own mental hygiene, whether professionally or privately!
