Mindfulness is an important key to a good life. Those who live mindfully experience an ever deeper vitality. Tensions can be released, entrenched patterns of behavior become visible and can therefore be changed. In this four-week course, you can get to know, try out and practise basic mindfulness practices so that they can help you later in your everyday life.
