Alexander Chernikov accompanies his clients with a dynamic, empathetic and goal-oriented approach. As a former competitive athlete and experienced psychotherapist, he combines his sporting experience with his psychotherapeutic expertise to support people in various areas of their lives.

His main focus:
  • Psychotherapy:
    Alexander offers help with stress, anxiety, depression or other life challenges. Using the method of Integrative Gestalt Therapy, he supports you in finding solutions in the here and now and sustainably improving your quality of life.
  • Sports psychology and coaching:
    Alexander offers individual mental training for recreational and competitive athletes, teams, companies and managers. His main focus:

    • Mental strength in competition.
    • Dealing with pressure and setbacks.
    • Development of resilience and performance.

Alexander speaks German, English and Russian and creates a safe space in which you can feel understood and supported.
