Priv.-Doz. Dr.med.univ. Dr.scient.med. Lucie Bartova

Specialist in psychiatry and psychotherapeutic medicine

Her main occupation is Priv.-Doz. DDr. Lucie Bartova is a senior physician at the Department of Psychiatry and Psychotherapy at the Medical University of Vienna (MUW)(https://psychiatrie.meduniwien.ac.at,@PsychVienna). In addition to caring for patients with complex psychiatric disorders, her university activities also include research(https://www.meduniwien.ac.at/web/index.php?id=688&res=lucie_bartova) and teaching(https://generalpsychiatry.meduniwien.ac.at/studium-lehre/).

Outside of her working hours at the MUW, she is available to you as an elective doctor in the Vienna Couch ("Psychiatry and Psychotherapeutic Medicine").

In general, her counselling and treatment concept is characterized by the integration of modern psychiatric and psychoanalytically focused psychotherapeutic methods, taking into account the latest scientific findings(https://oegpb.at/forschung/state-of-the-art-konsensus/). The choice of the appropriate therapy method is based on your symptoms, your level of suffering, your overall biopsychosocial situation and, of course, your preferences. A sustainable doctor-patient relationship, psychoeducation(https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Psychoedukation) and, if you wish, interdisciplinary interaction with other medical or therapeutic colleagues and the involvement of your relatives are of particular importance.

It is of course possible to submit the ordination fee to your insurance company afterwards.

We are very happy when patients with a physical impairment inform us in advance about their individual situation so that we can provide them with the best possible support in our surgery.
