For Christian, every therapy is a customized and individual process. As a behavioral therapist and psychologist, he treats patients with a wide range of concerns. It is important to him to understand personal evaluation and behavioral patterns and their interaction with the life situation and to derive effective measures from this.

The focus of therapy is usually on the future - helping people to help themselves, acting freely instead of reacting automatically, discarding dysfunctional behaviors, promoting personal well-being, activating needs and coping with emotions are important components of therapy.

Christian's therapy style is transparent, at eye level, close to everyday life and based on modern developments in psychotherapy (schema therapy, IRRT). In addition to his practical therapeutic work, Christian works as a lecturer in psychology and psychotherapy.
